Tron CEO Justin Sun has finally emerged to deny allegations that he is on the lam and not, as he said yesterday, suffering from kidney stones.
Do Chinese Cops Want You or Not, Justin Sun?
Caixin, a Chinese financial publication, earlier reported that a government panel had reviewed Sun’s business activities – between his social app Peiwo and the establishment/funding of the Tron Foundation – and suggested that authorities wanted to detain Sun.
Reportedly, Justin Sun’s name appears on a government “exit ban” list in China, the equivalent of the USA’s “no-fly list.”
Update: Justin Sun commented on Weibo saying he is “all safe”, and Caixin’s reports are “completely untrue”. Sun promised to meet the outside world once his health condition recovers. However, there was no direct mention of the exit ban.

Tron Founder: “I Am Safe”
Sun insists he is fine, but Tron’s price has been tanking all the same.
In his pithy post on Weibo, a Chinese social networking giant, Sun said:
“I am fine. When the condition recovers, I will meet the outside world and let everyone [not] worry.”

The Block cites anonymous sources to report that Justin Sun is, in fact, in San Francisco. Sun’s location has not been publicly known for a few weeks now. He was scheduled to have lunch with billionaire Warren Buffett on Thursday, for which Sun forked over more than $4.5 million in a charity auction. That lunch has since been suspended.
Meanwhile, as CCN reported earlier Tuesday, unconfirmed sources claim that the “Tronfluencer” event will still be happening on Thursday in San Francisco – without participation from Justin Sun or Warren Buffett.
